Heh.

Resubmitted it? Harhar.

Anyway, left a review on your James Bond song.

5'd.

Eh...

The sound quality isn't very good. I was reviewing one of the songs you just deleted, forgot the name though. Here's the review of the other song, which I was about to give a 9.

Sounds like you messed up the lead a bit at first, but it gets better. Too short for my taste, but good nevertheless. Listened to your metalized version of Zelda, quite good as well. I've heard many covers, and yours is decent enough, nice job ;D

Requests? Well, I dislike when people metalize songs that have been metalized many times already, so let's try something different, shall we? You familiar with "Bloody Tears" from the Castlevania? It's been metalized before, but it'd definitely be nice to hear you play it.

Thanks for reviewing one of my songs by the way.

Quite nice.

Miyavi's one hell of a guitar slapper, gotta love his style. Question though, this is just a cover of his songs or what? The description confused me quite a bit.

CyriltheWolf responds:

Haha, sorry about the confusion, I will adjust that later. No, It is not a cover of one of his tunes (though I suppose I could learn one.) This is an original guitar solo, made just for NG and my friends off the cuff with lots of fun.

Not bad.

Very solid drums indeed, might as well get Beatcraft myself =P The piano is superb, impressive for a test song. The guitar isn't any better than FL Slayer, sorry. I've experimented with it myself and it's not as bad as people say it is if you know how to work with it (albeit I'm FAR from perfecting it or getting close to good with Slayer).

Cool Edit Pro is a wonderful, userfriendly program, but there are better. The song was mixed well, although I don't like having a crash cymbal on my left ear all the time. I'm guessing that's your new mixing program. Cubase is a better mixer IMO, but it's no way as userfriendly as CEP.

Nice job.

dammit-dude-2006 responds:

there was no actual guitar in it :P i just dont like it much anymore seeing as i've used it way too much

Title fits perfectly.

The song flows very nicely and all the instruments blend nicely. Very catchy drums and bass by the way. It reminded me of Donkey Kong as too.

I feel disappointed for not being able to give a better review, but that's just because there's nothing to give crit on. The song itself is simply excellent.

Do I have your heart now? :D

Hah.

Got nothing left to say that I haven't said on the earlier version. However, you've actually managed to make the sine drums now, nice work there mate. Kudos.

p4c responds:

hehe yeah thx. the snare was a bitch lol.

Very decent.

You could have added some Reverb and delay to the piano to make it sound better, it sounds too plain. The snare choice could have been better as well, but it's a nice detail. The melody's nice, good job on that. Keep it up.

Check my latest WIP sometime ;)

Very nice.

Albeit I'll have to agree with LastEncore. Aside from lacking some reverb (and perhaps a very tiny bit of delay), it's quite nice. It lacks a personal touch, but I find it relaxing anyway. The only person who's made a superb remix of this song is a guy who goes by Crazy Pianist, but he doesn't want to submit it here. Could have added more, but I'll give you a 5 anyway.

Check out my latest WIP sometime ;)

DeSire21 responds:

I didn't mean to really post it as a mix. I just kind of change a little around using some nice sounds. Thanks the review

Very good.

Snare needs to be louder IMO. The composition of the song is excellent though.

It sounds truly epic. The break's quite nice, albeit unexpected. I'm guessing you used one of those professional orchestra programs?

I'm sure you would have won that contest, good sir. This is some quality work.

Very nice.

Slow start indeed as someone else said, but I don't mind it. Too bad the song's so short. It's -very- relaxing to be honest. Love the way the drums kick in too, the beat is simple, yet congruent with the song, and the bass is superb.

I'm guessing sines are wave/padish...sounds? Forgive my ignorance =P

p4c responds:
